... a sanctuary for sophisticated New York diners ...
The portions here are ridiculously small
Small portioned but every dish tickles the flavor palette. Very impressed. Hamachi tartar bursts of taste. Panna cotta is the best ever! Monday's no corkage fee, one bottle each!
Try the Blackberry Financier
Try the Apple tart
Try the Duck Breast
Try the Baked Chicken
Try the Hamachi Crudo
Try the Grilled Octopus
Scottish salmon and roasted beet salad . To die for
Great food. Service a little slow all around.
One of the more underrated restaurants in the city. Both the pork chop and my wife's Atlantic Merluza were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Tried the quail as the app and it was fantastic as well.
Still dreaming about that duck breast.
The merluza was perfectly cooked!
Hamachi crudo is a disappointment. Don't fall for that trick. The octopus is the key starter and the NY Strip Steak is one of the best I've had in the city. Has an au jus reduction sauce to die for.
THE RAVIOLI FOR THE APPETIZER IS WAVY...!!!! EZ
Try the mushroom soup, its really good.
The Tuscan White Bean Soup is absolutely amazing. The Hamachi Crudo is wonderful, too!
Everything is top notch. Get the octopus app, the rabbit, the salmon. Amazing food. Stellar service.
Grilled octopus. It's really good.
A carnivore's dream and vegetarian's nightmare, but there are some wonderful fish options for pescetarians. I loved the Merluza: light, flaky, and subtle. My friend ate deer hearts, I think.
If you're a grown-up, and you're partaking in what Webster Hall has to offer, choose Apiary for dinner, or even just drinks. A sip of civility before ascending into chaos.
They say no corkage fee on Monday but then automatically add a 20% tip on the $30/bottle corkage fee before subtracting the fee from your bill with no warning. Very shady. Will not be back.
The steak is awesome!!!
Try the Vanilla Panacotta
Large portions, homey-style food. Creative cocktails and neighborhood regulars.
Tuscan white bean soup and the duck!
Awesome food, great wine list....loved the beet salad and himachi crudo....flourless chocolate cake ohhh sooo good
Try a glass of Pena Rejas Crianza 2008 by the glass, rich, fullbody and well balance from Toro Spain!
The roasted chicken is delish!
Come mid-week for the 3-coure prix fixe menu – the romaine salad, duck leg and panna cotta were devine. Try a seasonal cocktail too…”Fig n’ Honey” please.

Hamachi crudo and blackberry financier are excellent. Rabbit pappardelle good but a bit overly salty

Always a great choice for dinner. Monday nights no corkage fee...bring on the wines!

Octopus with Chorizo oil, the mushroom soup, and the Monkfish are all mouthwateringly amazing.
One word, sweetbread- or is that two?
Try the Orzo Mac n Cheese
For a top flight red wine, opt for Domaine Courbis' St Joseph '07. St Joseph's syrah-based wines are medium bodied (lighter than others on the northern Rhone) and '07 was a good vintage. agwine.com
The rib eye special could be one of the best steaks ive ever had
Eat anything. Eat everything. This place is amazing.
