    Hmmmm.. Apple Store can be overwhelming... Can't find the words at the moment I do not like that some over sell the product instead of making sure they sell it to my needs. Point listen to my needs!

    My husband had great customer service. His old iPod quit working and for a nominal charge he has a newer one and is very happy. The service wasn't only great but speedy too.

    Terrible service. My wife's volume on iPhone isn't working. Found an article on the web demonstrating the repair to be a $6 part but they refuse to replace that b/c they say that won't solve it!

    Quickest way in and out? Make a Genius Bar reservation through the Apple Store App or apple.com for problems or technical issues. For purchasing products, do a personal pickup through apple.com.

    It's an Apple Store, so its customer service is flawless. I wish there were other stores who paid attention like Apple does.

    Make appointment for Genius Bar if you need help with your devices. Wait time can be ver long if you don't have an appointment.

    FYI: you need to make an appt to ask them anything. I just wanted to know why my phone battery doesn't hold a charge.

    Make a genius bar appointment and be sure you are arrive well ahead of time. Otherwise, good luck.

    Greensboro, NC Friendly Center took 30 mins to acknowledge me, worse, they helped 2 ppl who arrived after I did. wow, sad face
