Very good customer service specially trouble shooting help. They have me same appointment to solve a battery problem. They also advised me how to maintain the battery for longer hours use per day.
This is one of the most spectacular Apple stores in London. It features a cinema that seats approximately 60 persons and a large glass staircase that divides the store into its respective quadrants.
Apple store one of the biggest Decice store in ther world. For this such a big company, i suggest Apple store could add a mini Bar(supply drinks for ppl waiting in Genius Bar) it not necssary :)
So many people, so many apple products! They have all the speakers and phone and iPad accessories on the second floor. You'll find the easy to spot 'genius's around everywhere ready to help.
Apple stores =crowded/busy! But this is prolly the most crowded I've ever been. Make sure going in only when you've decided wot to buy otherwise u'll be waste of ur time and be pissed
OM actual G! Apple stuff is SO nice and SO extortionately priced! They've triumphed twice in both designing lovely things and getting us idiots to pay an outrageous fortune to own them!
sells iPhones which lose signals, full of spotty teenagers spreading their germs on the ipads and people waddling around with their iMac pros thinking they are the bees knees. bunch of wazzocks
Using the new MacBook Air 11" to post this; the price is the same as in the U.S., 999 - except it's in pounds... so it's 60%-70% more expensive. Oh and these European keyboards are confusing.
Apple use to be excellent but even the workshops aren't as impressive anymore.. If you're thinking about getting an iPhone I would advice it on a contract and do your research
One of the best Apple Stores. The staff is really friendly. You can charge your iPhone here while using the Wi-Fi if you need it, which can be pretty useful.
Was checking the new iphone while charging my phone, a store person told me to move back side for charging as that display is for customers. So he assumes I am not a customer, well done Apple.
You have 10 minutes after your appointment time to check in then they cancel it so get here on time! And it's very busy! (I've been waiting 15 minutes to be seen already...)
It is always warm in the Apple stores so maybe be prepared for that. Perfect location and friendly staff, even allow dogs in!
Despite the store always being full of customers, the staff that attended to us (Kate) was cool and super helpful. Look for her on your next visit and purchase :)
Contrary to the rest of the comments left below, I received fantastic service, thanx to Ben D. A store with great proportions, very light with many shiny objects.
Looking for an iPad? Just queue in the back of the store (on the left side). No need to talk to anyone else before. It takes approximately 15 minutes on a weekday.
Try to purchase the £25 snow leopard update for Tiger OSX without being upsold the £120 copy that comes with iLife! Good job I trusted Google over the Apple genius.
If you want any chance of talking to an Apple rep, or using the product for genuine reasons (ie TO BUY!!!) Go before 10am. Rest of the time it's full of tourists abusing free internets
One of the best apple stores in London very friendly staff & very quickly to help free wifi and right around the corner from Oxford Circus tube
Great spot if you like to wait in line like in front of West end clubs :-P. but seriously they can easily hire more staff to cope with rush hour !
Use the helpful iOS Apple Store app to make a reservation for the Genius bar while still on your way and get notified when the Apple staff is waiting for you …
Correction - make that over an hour!! Got to the front of the long queue downstairs - to be told that the 3G queue was upstairs -and yes - you guessed it - it was even longer!!!!!!
Despite being a super crowded store the two times I've been here, I found the staff super friendly and easy to deal with. I was in and out in no time.
The staff are bright, enthusiastic and helpful people here.. Never fail to amaze me with their solutions, no matter easily rectified the problem with my product may be.
The staff here are RUDE! especially Jay the manager. The customer service ethos seems to be that as they are Apple, they do not need to provide a service. You are treated like cattle...avoid!!!
My personal favourite Apple store. This is in the heart Regents St. among all the high end shops for those with plenty of money to spare.
One of the best apple stores. Great range of cases and accessories. A place to relax, playing with an iPad, iPhone or iPod. 😊😊😊
I don't think this one is as well known as the Covent street one at the moment so if you're looking to pick up a new device check their stock levels first!
The best apple store i've been too. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is HUGE! Good variety of accesories too.
Thanks to the Apple team who came to my aid when my near 3 year old iPhone 5 died on me ... great service on Regent Street, battery replaced ... and no charge. Fantastic.
The flagship Apple Store... I'm not a huge apple fanboy but I do own an iPhone and an iPad. I think it's great that they had the educational sessions. Thumbs up for forward thinking.
there's a thing called Mac. try that. Also a newbie on the menu: ipad. It's a bit salty, but goes well with a few extra gigs as a side.
If you can, you must attend one of the Apple workshops here. They are great. I attended the one for iMovie and it was fabulous.
The Genius Bar times are tentative. Although you may sign up for 5pm, you may not get seen for until 5:30 or later.
Great place for pictures : the famous glass stairs, brick walls and the glass roof make this place as cool as products
If you need your apple product to get fixed come in the morning by the opening time, or else you'll stuck in lines.
Always super friendly & very helpful no matter how busy. Plenty of staff on hand and a great One2One system .
One of the best Apple stores in the world. Make sure you check out the Covent Garden one too, it is just down the road!
iPhone 4 launch: expect to be in line for about 2 hrs before u hit the front. Then there's a line inside the store too! They're handing out free food from Pret & water tho :)
Client service: inexistant. Apple experience: wait your turn...... Pay at the till: long line to wait...... Buy on internet!!!!
27inch imacs have dodgy screens that may need replacing just after a year when the warranty runs out, then the hard drive fails and no one inside the Apple store gives a toss.
Terrible waiting times. I had to wait 55 minutes from the beginning of my repair appointment just to be seen. Appalling waste of time.
Go Covent Garden if you want G.C.S. if you just want to sit down, charge your laptop and surf for free go Regent St. %-)
Never go during the day on a weekday should you desire to see a member of staff. It can get extremely hectic.
Two floors Apple store on Regent street. Friendly staff. Free WiFi.
Get in the Left hand queue unless you're collecting an iPad. You'll get to the front quicker. If you have a chip and pin card then collar someone upstairs :)
Why make an advance appointment at the Genius Bar and leave descriptions of the problem, when you then have to queue to check in and the first question is 'what's your problem?'
What to say?! It's Apple... All the sellers are polite, kind and they know about the products...
So bloody busy, but the staff are always helpful (and plentiful): just make sure you nab one.
