    They offer great customer service here, very knowledgable staff. However, the wait time is awful, even when there isn't much floor traffic. Employees need to work on approaching prospective customers.

    My MacBook Pro has a crack in the screen bezel that has been reported by tons of people on the net (so a known design flaw) and they refused to fix it. Why pay the high cost for bad design? Bye Apple.

    They only do nighttime repairs from this location (8pm - 12am). If you need a repair while you wait (once part comes in), best to go to another location.
