Try the Palmito Fresco Assado as a starter!
Such a Nice view, But food isn't AmaZing.
Drinks, mix de pasteis and seafood
Great location. Food so so
Great view great food. Perfect for having a nice romantic dinner in Rio
Get the chicken! Super delish
Great view! Adorable place! High prices but the view Worth it.
Drinks, heart of Palm, great sommelier, fun and easy going atmosphere while maintaining an upscale food experience.
The view and the food are amazing here. The heart of Palm for appetizer is a must. Ice cream dessert is so authentic and fresh. The whole place is amazing!! So cozy!!
Everything was delicious! It's worth the walk. The view is breathtaking on sunsets.
one of the best meals - and a great, romantic spot in santa teresa overlooking the hills, too.
The food is epic with great scenery as the restaurant is at in a treehouse. Service is very slow though and hard to get to. Make sure you cab. Steak was very rare and its house pale ale is quite good
What a view!!! Strong recommend
The octopus carnival dish is totally worth. Give a try!!
Great but expensive for brazilians standards. Save for a really special occasion
Amazing view over Rio. Very nice food (I had the scallops, later on Dorade) and very helpfull waiters. Visited several restaurants while in Rio, this one being the very best! Absolutely recommend it!
Beautiful venue, beautiful view and good food. But a bit expensive and the way up there to Santa Teresa, or back down to the city again, can be an issue for a taxi. Anyway, it's all worth it!
Big range of biodynamic and natural Brazilian wines. All from small producers and unfamiliar, but luckily knowledgeable and enthusiastic English-speaking sommelier on hand for help.
If you're going to get a bread basket, go all in: get the cheesy breads with the sausages. They are warm and moist cheesy bread balls stuffed with mini sausages. Really good.
The view is spetacular
The roast beef is to die for (if you like cold meet)! Really tasty.
The food is good, but the view and ambiance is out of this world. Order a caipirinha, a few apps, and fall in love with Rio
The view alone make this restaurant a top choice. Add the unique atmosphere of a tropical treehouse and a Brazilian menu and you have one of our favorite restaurants.
It is pricey, but the view coupled with the wonderful flavors pay off.
Try the palm heart for starters, its great!
Awesome Brazilian restaurant overlooking the city of Rio. A must do while in Rio.
An unassuming doorway leads you down a staircase into this epicurean tree house in the hills of Santa Teresa. Come with a group — the bigger tables have the better views of Rio below.
Drink Santa Teresa é espetacular!
Great place, better if you ask for gazebo o terrace table
Overpriced. The food ia great but not worth it.
You.must.get. the seasonal salad with fresh octopus, avocado & mix greens in a light vinegrette. Amazingly fresh.
The elevated tables are secluded and amazing. Highly recommend the hearts of palm and tropical fish.
The views and ambiance make the food taste even better than it already does. Have the grilled heart of palm (right from the palm) it will change the way you look at hearts of palm forever!
You'll pay for the view here, but the cuisine is good too, espeically the baiao de dois for dessert. A little tricky to find in Santa Teresa, so bring a map if you plan on walking it!
Palmito Fresco Assado and Vieira a Joaquim for appetizers: Amazing!
Try the Sorvete
Try the Caipirinha Of Passion Fruit
Quite possibly the most delicious picanha steak that I've ever had! And the view is worth the hike uphill.
Just a wonderful and mystical place. Great Brazilian specialties and the best attentive service you can get in Rio! Highly recommended!
Fantastic restaurant. Ask for a table outside and you'll get a wonderful view of Rio. And I highly recommend the duck
Try the Galinhada Caipira
Try the Grilled Octopus
Try the Arroz Carioca
A bit of a hike to get here from Santa Teresa, but you'll get a great meal here. Try to get a table on the terrace to take in the view.
Amazing view in an beautiful part of Rio
The tropical fish was delicious, as was the carimbo dessert.
Food is good but the environment is the best thing here. Try to be there for the Sunset and make a reservation on the porch, where you can have a nice view of the city!
