REMEMBER:Something to hand on and plenty of fluids, it's just varmt.🌞 and the sun has warmed up the stone you pages. You can buy sundries. Liquids but they are a little expensive.

If you watch an Opera here and you're sitting on the stone benches, bring a cushion to sit on. Or two. Or three. That roman stone is hard!

Entry is overpriced if you're not coming for a performance. At €10, it's much more than most palazzi. Better to take in a performance in the cheap seats

Don't pay 10 EUR to visit it during the day, but spend 30 EUR to see an opera at night! More value for money

Interesting place to see but not worth the €10 entry fee! Would be a great place to see a gig or an opera though.

Saw Aïda here at an Opera festival. Impressive experience. Tickets easily available on site. Go either for the expensive or the cheapest tickets. Outdoors. They need to paus if it starts to rain.

A good idea to bring a pillow (waterproof is good) if you're seated in an unreserved section, and a raincoat and umbrella - no matter where you're seated - if rain is a possibility.

You should go to see a show into the's amazing!
The amphitheatre was built from three concentric circles. After the heartquake in 1100 A.c. only one side of the external ring remains. It is commonly referred to as the “Wing”.
If you want to go to the Opera don't forget to bring with you some drinks (but not glasses!), a simple coke inside could be really expensive!
Opening hours to see the monument: from tuesday to sunday from 09:00 to 19:00, closed on monday. In summer, during opera days from 09:00 to 15:30. Take a look inside!
