I'm from Switzerland, so i very well know good cheeses. I always thought Artisanal is good until last time where i felt they just went downhill. The fondue was just ok. Nothing special anymore.

Been going here for years. One of the original fromaggeries in NY that finally figured out how to profit off of cheese. Well, profit is relative I guess, but still, fantastic French restaurant.

Cheese!!! We let the waiter guide us and ended up choosing Brebirousse (soft, creamy, slightly sweet) and Roomano (hard, tart butterscotch flavor). Both were a hit.

GREAT DATE SPOT! Wine list is enormous, a surprising selection of craft beers, and a large menu. I only come here for the fondue. I recommend the Gruyere.

Ridiculously overpriced. $50 for a mixed green salad, an onion soup, an iced tea and a coffee. Go home, restaurant. You're drunk.

para começar, peça pro garçom trazer o queijo favorito dele, combine com o tinto rossa grota, da Itália, e finalize com o macaroni & cheese, steak tartare ou o fundue. depois é só chamar o guincho ;)
