Atchafalaya is an underlooked brunch gem. Be on the lookout for the duck hash, AND the “Eggs Treme”; a Benedict variation featuring a boudin cake, poached eggs, popcorn crawfish, and hollandaise. Read more

Best shrimp and grits I've ever had! Pair it with the fried green tomatoes and ravioli apps, and you're set. This place is delicious. Service is equally as good.

Seriously, I love this place. The Eggs Atchafalaya or the Shrimp and Grits are to die for. If you're going for brunch, make sure to get a Bloody Mary and make it however you want at the bar.

Brunch here is incredible. Bloody Mary bar and a great list of drinks. Great vegetarian options: huevos rancheros and the truffled Parmesan eggs. Also jazz.

The server accommodated my request to have a half-sized portion of the shrimp & grits as an appetizer, so I could order the special (Redfish). Both dishes were amazing. The S&G melt in your mouth!

Eat everything & anything and enjoy your lovely servers. The scallops are unreal. Fried green tomatoes weren't too fried and had incredible flavor. Polenta/ tuna/ bread pudding... Obviously amazing.

Straightforward Creole menu, and the shrimp and grits are a standout. The brunch with live music draws the most customers, but this place has solid food all day, all the time.

Unbelievable everything. Our large group had chicken, duck, fish, wine, cocktails and dessert and loved it all! Photo is the duck

You will lick your plate if you get the shrimp & grits. The crawfish stuffed flounder is less messy at the end but just as good! Red velvet cake was perfect, but we wanted to try bread pudding.

Brunch on Thursdays + Fridays is where it's at. The duck confit hash was indeed awesome, interestingly with blackberries & slivers of mango in the mix. Top it off with a duck fat-infused sazerac!

Got a new bar manager and they removed/added some cocktails- fail yes, but the bartenders are the same so they should be able to accommodate say the "Isabel" when grapefruit is available
