Most of the employees here are so great but ugh, the new managers, have no social skills. I was told by Robert that I was using "social engineering" cause I was questing a bill error-sure, ok.
Avoid manager Robert, he has control issues and said he was not in the store to assist customers
Again avoid James and his little blank head Leonardo. You'll just get bad service and a lot of, "I'm sorries (insincere at that!) Go to Vista Way or San Marcos or ask for other people.
Ask to work w Dave, Eric, Naseem, Wes - they are AWESOME! Avoid James like the plague!
Wes is the cell guru. SWEET relief after Sprint and Verizon.
