really small dealership with barely any parking (squeezing into the lot or street parking), BUT they are moving in a few weeks to what they say will be the largest audi dealership on the east coast
They may want to come out and help people walking the lot interested in buying a car but not going to get my money
3rd time taking car back for the same issue. Hopefully it'll work this time. Customer service has been great at least!

friendlier than ive ever experienced...not to mention i got a check in the mail for $900 on my trade bc they made more $ than they expected. UNHEARD OF! LOVE BUTTON!!!
Hmm...if the service and sales here were any better I believe I would be getting a foot massage..no other Audi dealer has been this good!
New service dept but I haven't seen marked improvement. They had my car for almost a week on a simple brake/wheel diagnostic. Waited 45min for loaner. Don't let the smiles fool you. Go elsewhere
Go to Audi of Silver Spring...waaay better service, especially in sales.

Very few loaner cars. They push you to get the Enterprise loaners - Ford Focus, Hyundai Sonata. Very disappointing for a luxury make.
Finds calling to set up a service appt very frustrating. Each time has been over 30 min. on hold. Talk about customer service!
