Eat everything: Lobster bisque, steaks, lobster fettuccine. Drink the wine. Roll yourself out.
Happy Hour is one of those cheap options that I like to point out that is relatively cheap compared to what you might pay at this restaurant or in relation to other high end places to eat
It's fun to watch how they retrieve wine from the tower. Tried the foie gras... was pretty good. Also the blue cheese crusted filet mignon; could have been more tender but overall I was very pleased.
The onion soup was amazing, but The quinoa was terrible, I even got gastritis 😨
Yes it is a wine bar. Yes there is a wine tower. But don't overlook the food. I had the seasonal menu with wine pairing. The food, awesome. The parings complemented the food & the food the wine.
Risotto & Duck
Excellent service, good food. Romantic! Best bearnaise sauce I've had.
This place defines great dining in Vegas. There is a reason most restaurants come and go in Vegas. Most of them are overpriced knock offs of things you can find anywhere for much cheaper.
Awesome steaks and wine
Love the wine angels!
Service is not as good as the food. Everybody seems to be in a rush to get you out of the restaurant as soon as possible. Can get uncomfortable.
The garlic pomme purée is absolute heaven! Foie gras is amazing too!
The best dinner I have ever had in my life! Service was outstanding too. If you can afford it, it's a fantastic place.
Charlie Palmer's Aureole features delicious seasonal dishes and has won Win Spectator's Grand Award every year since 1999 plus many more. A must go to restaurant while in Vegas.
Very good food, huge wine assortment, and cool to watch them get the bottles via a cable system...romantic ambiance as well....
Quite simply the best. The pretzels are to die for. The beef is 5 star and the service is fantastic. Great value. And the wine Angels are a treat.
The "wine angels" are a total disappointment. Come for the good food, but don't expect a showy Vegas experience. Very understated.
Come for happy hour and get the French onion soup. What an amazing deal.
Try the Blood Orange Gravlax And Smoked Ora King Salmon
Three course menu plus beer makes about $100 bill. Worth it
Everyone raves about the wine angels but we prefer to rave about the tables ringing Swan Court w/ indoor/outdoor seating. Ask to be seated there and not in main dining room. And, yes, real swans, too!
This is the best spot at Mandalay Bay. Get the asparagus risotto.
David Schochet makes the the most incredible cocktails. Try the enlightenment. (I hear he likes to play wine angel - ask to see his wings.
Wonderful seasonal tasting menus, HH from 5:30-7 with featured spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails for $6. Strawberry mojito outstanding!!! Strawberries have really infused the rum with great flavor.
Very nice happy hour starting at 5:30. Wine specials and 2-4-1 appetizers. Some great choices.
4 story wine cellar! Excellent service, plus a pond with swans! Love Vegas
Tasting menu was not so great. I suggest ordering an entree instead.
Indulge in a decadent three-course prix-fixe menu with dishes like roasted muscovy duck breast served with arugula salad, roasted pepper, and an argan oil vinaigrette.
“Wine angels” in black catsuits are hoisted up and down with harnesses to retrieve the over 10,000 bottles.
For an unbeatable meal, request seating at the elite Swan Court - an exclusive, intimate dining space, offering patrons views of the restaurant's placid pool and fountain.
The blue cheese encrusted filet mignon is SOOOO good!
Have a drink on the patio and watch the swans swim by.

Order the cranberry bread, it's delicious. The pork is big but a bit dry.
Who wants to push over the wine tower?!?!
