    Line moves slower than molasses. Oh, and they might just tell you to pick up the blue Ford Mustang in J-16, but won't let you drive off the lot b/c that's the wrong "blue" Mustang. Unorganized.

    Agreed with other reviewers. I was the first one at the counter, took 45 min. Same with shuttle. Long waits. If you are in a hurry dont use this rental location.

    Stay ON-TOP of your shuttle driver... THEY WILL PASS YOUR TERMINAL WITHOUT STOPPING TO LET YOU OFF! Why bother asking me what terminal I need, if your not going to drop me off?
