    Arctic char is sublime. Try the rabbit wrapped in applewood smoked bacon. Even the garlic on the side is done to perfection. Make sure and check out his dads art work in the Fritz room

    I think it is silly when restaurants charge for bread. It should be offered to the table and many will not want it which is fine. Just see no need to charge for it...
