    Flagship lounge in Heathrow.

Disappointing. Harsh strip lighting; less than wholesome food; not very relaxing

    Brian · 3 weeks ago
  • prima f.

Quiet enough, although it can get really crowded and it's hard to find anywhere to seat.

    prima fili · October 27
  • Vic C.

Good food and drink selection, more spacious than the First Lounge.

    Vic Cross · July 12
  • Sam M.

As far as lounges in the US go this is pretty good. Good bar selection, it's all self service too

    Sam Malone · July 7
  • Veronika G.

    Slowest wifi in the world;(

  • Maya F.

Okay OneWorld...I'll just get on the plane with wet hair instead of risk this medieval fire torture device

    Maya Frommer · January 18
  • Adam P.

Always slightly disappointing as the food selection is so poor - you would hope for more from NYC's main hub airport. Still, they have showers which is always a nice feature.

    Adam Palmer · December 16, 2014
  • Jeffrey-Ryan B.

The supper service prior to the overnight flights to London was lacking something good.

    Jeffrey-Ryan B. · November 11, 2014
  • Bryan M.

Better than it used tp be a while back, food has improved, but then again it couldn't have been worse.

    Bryan M · November 4, 2014
  • Deepak N.

    Decent selection of wine

    Deepak Narisety · September 29, 2014
  • Nora S.

Premium liquor a plus but slow wifi a definite minus

    Nora S. · August 30, 2014

Horrible lounge with even more horrible people to go with it.

    R S · August 15, 2014

Look for outlets in the ground under flaps the same colour as the carpet.

    Benjamin Szweda · August 7, 2014
  • jpli18

You can request the staff to make a cup noodle for you as the hot food (any good for that matter) is pretty sparse.

    jpli18 · August 2, 2014

I can see that the wifi password hasn't changed on 6 months. So much so that my phones and laptop remembered it :-) just sit back relax and enjoy a good drink. On that note...

    Raphael Amselli · May 3, 2014

One of the few lounges at JFK where the printer in the business center actually works (who prints stuff any more, any way!). Also, has early preview of British accents.

    Akash Bhatia · April 25, 2014
  • Daniel R.

Not a lot of food, but good WiFi and comfortable spots to work. Oh, and beer on tap...

    Daniel Rodrigo · March 31, 2014

    One hour delay 😢

    Sulaiman · February 24, 2014

Nice'ish lounge but nothing compared to the Ana lounge at Narita.

    Maha · February 15, 2014
  • Edward T.

This is without doubt the worst lounge ever! Nothing much to eat except a few sandwiches. The decor is crap. Qantas don't let BA standards pull you down!

    Edward Teddy · November 3, 2013
  • Jason B.

No pre-flight supper for you if you're flying on ANA

    Jason Bell · October 6, 2013
  • metromuppet

If travelling Club, pre flight dining is available after 4pm. Come to observe peoples table manors vanish. Slurping soup, eating with ones mouth open and using cell phones in company. Manors are free.

    metromuppet · September 12, 2013
  • Alan S.

Just like in London, you can ask a passing table clearer for a glass of champagne!

    Alan Salmon · September 11, 2013
  • Dave L.

    Love the strawberry water here!

    Dave Li · September 9, 2013

Nicer than the first galleries. They have awesome cookies and chocolate jars in the club lounge.

    Philipp Bussche · September 2, 2013
  • @JaumePrimero

Grab a leather seat over in front of the flatscreen LED. They all have plugs and tables.

    @JaumePrimero · August 30, 2013

Almost as nice as the LHR T5 lounges. Good drinks selection and very pleasant hot buffet dinner for Club Word passengers.

    Matthew Sheppard · August 20, 2013
  • Donough R.

I love how everyone leaves the wifi password in their tips, like its not published for everyone on all the screens in the lounge...!

    Donough Roche · August 10, 2013
  • Christine T.

    Wifi password is now: lasvegas

    Christine Tsang · July 8, 2013

Apparently they don't let kids below 21 in here anymore

    Jennifer Ong · July 4, 2013

Want a glass of bubbly? Then you have to ask for it, it's not in the bar area like the other alcoholic beverages.

    Victoria Cleven · June 27, 2013
  • Dominic C.

Kinda lame especially compared to places like London. Real food for business class passengers only. The rest of us get cookies and apples.

    Dominic Campbell · June 17, 2013
  • Keyvan A.

The BA iPhone app gives you the lounge password. It is Budapest at the moment but it changes from time to time.

    Keyvan Azami · May 20, 2013

Excellent service. Snacks and drinks in abundance.

thank you *so* much to the kind people that posted the wifi password, just had an hour of skyping my girlfriend who i've just left behind in the US and am missing very much ^_^

    Leo D · April 15, 2013

Enough room and nice decor but the food selection is very poor compared to the Heathrow BA lounge. But better then the one at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam

    Guy Chen · April 6, 2013
  • Matthew M.

Kind of shoddy how they advertise meals but then refuse access if you're gold club not traveling in business. Don't say there's a meal if there's not.

    Matthew McGregor · March 24, 2013
  • Aaron K.

    Glennfidich 15 or VSOP

A lot of space but poor food and beverage offer.

    Massimiliano P. · February 27, 2013
  • Costas L.

In the older days, airport lounges had food. Very few still do. Here you'll find water, OJ straight out of a box, crackers, cheese and olives. Come prepared or eat outside before entering.

    Costas Lazarides · December 28, 2012
  • Akshay P.

Oh hey, while you're waiting for your flight, why not treat yourself to a little Glenlivet 15 yr?

    Akshay Patil · October 1, 2012

T5 in London far superior to this utilitarian room. Oh well. No Elemis Spa.

    Boon Yap · August 5, 2012

August 2012 CX/BA First Class Lounge wifi password is "arabia" - enjoy! :-)

    Boon Yap · August 5, 2012

Still the world's only BA First Lounge which is inferior to the Business Lounge. A cheap, poorly furnished, dingy hole with poor food and evn worse WiFi.

Elemis spa and pre-flight supper restaurant for club world travelers and gold members

The Nero d'Avolo with the screw cap is quite good.

    Don Hogle · March 17, 2012

No hot items for brekkie, just cereal, pastries, fruit and toast

    Arthur Lu · February 27, 2012

Ignore tips about wifi. The password changes daily and is well signed on arrival and inside the lounge.

    Matthew Thompson · February 25, 2012

Pick up a Japanese onigiri (rice ball) for a snack.
