Relaxing and enjoy the pre flight:)
This lounge is appalling. Mouse droppings around the seating near the buffet, seriously damaged bathroom stalls and overflowing forgotten busing carts. A hazard to human health. Stick to drinks!

It's raining champagne
Make sure to have a look on their menu before filling up on the buffet. A step above the business lounge from choice of food and beverages to seating areas.
They have blue label if you get bored of all the fine wines
Great free breakfast and champagne selections with free wifi for long layovers.
I like the little "outside" terrace area. Quieter and less busy. Decent food and wine!
Order from the menu which are laying around the lounge. Food is freshly made. Buffet is horrendous mess and is filled with greasy food. Great to putting Kon weight or boosting the cholesterol level
While the lounge is generally always busy, I have never had a problem finding a seat. One thing that could be improved is fixing the plug receptacles as many are too loose.
Being a frequent visitor here on international transfers, I am always impressed with the efficiency and genuinely pleasant assistance that I receive at the Guest Services desk. Thanks Trish.
One of the best BA first class lounge.
Opt for the Tatinger champagne, not the Castelneau
Large, quiet and comfortable. Food is labeled when vegan suitable which is super helpful for us vegans on-the-go!
This lounge is worth the extra money spent for a First Class seat and make sure your arrival is early enough to enjoy the exclusive lounge and perks of it xx
This lounge is only for the passengers that are ticketed and confirmed in the First Class cabin on a long-distance flight that offers a three cabin layout xx
Very spacious and good food . A bit on the crowded side

Wow! Concorde room!
Absolutely gorgeous..though furniture needs updating..
I find it incredible that every seat doesn't have a power outlet. Come on BA in this day and age EVERYONE in the lounge has either a mobile, tablet or laptop if not multiples of each.
First Class!? I think not. Grubby, flea-bitten furniture, stained carpets, untidy, inhospitable staff. BA - please try harder!
Fresh kippers for breakfast ... joy
April pwd: budapest
Hamburgers have improved and can be pimped with cheese and/or bacon. On the way up since the poor inspection report :-)
If travelling from Satellite C, because there is no lounge you get a £15 credit at Starbucks for food and drinks
Ask if they have any special treats not on display. They love the inquiry and keep a few items out of sight to dazzle you.

Great lounge !!!
Don't sit near the beverage counter, a lot of hot air from the machines
For food that has received a poor hygiene rating it doesn't taste bad.
Pork belly and red cabbage are excellent, best meal I have had here so far.
Knock up an expensive Rusty Spike (bourbon rather than scotch). Fill glass with ice, fill with a bit more Gentleman Jack than Drambuie 15. Stir til the glass frosts. Twist lemon. Boom. Time for bed.
Don't bother ordering the cheese board - it's the manky cheese from the buffet 'presented' on a bit of slate.
The buffet is disgusting! Ask and they'll do you a nice burger.

Spicy beef short rib for the win!

Furniture is started to look very tired and worn. Doesn't come close to the Qantas First Class Lounges in Sydney and Melbourne.
Free Champagne. What more could you wish for??
Scrumbled eggs are a Concorde room essential
The Club lounge upstairs is actually a better space. It has more life and is less formal. Much better way to start a trip.
There's a hidden power socket behind the tvs in the right (terrace) and left corners.
Good goes down over the day. Breakfast is passable; rest of day is now bad school dinners
Fabulous key lime pie
Drink and be merry.
Head out to the garden terrace-y area; it may be further from the food, but more open space, and strangely fewer people. Order the burger, sip on your Bollie Rose, and get loose as a goose...
Steal some Lemon Melt Biscuits (next to the coffee makers). Heaven!
Avoid the food following the catering contract food
