    Pork skin is good - crispy. A little thick. Sausage is blood Sausage and not very nice. Spicy too. Soup is tasty but needs salt. Fried pork is very delicious. Pork meat is as tender as chicken, tasty

    The pork here is simply superb! Soft tender meat and crispy fried pig skin. Goes perfectly with Bintang beer! The 2hr journey from Kuta to Ubud is quite a bummer though.

    This is the "better" branch of Babi Guling. It's cleaner, more spacious, and away from the main street. Order the Babi Guling Special. It is the sampler of all their main dishes

    Always love it the balinese suckling pick. No fat, nice spicy balinese chily, the crunchy of the skin. And you can add more chily as much as you like. Feel like heaven 😍😍😍😍😍

    Go around 11am & watch them prepare the food. It can get a bit crowded but you'll be we'll rewarded with their delicious dish. Not to be missed when visiting Ubud.

    Babi guling special was delicious. Prepared pretty fast for takeout. Service seemed decent. Make sure you get your full order across with cashier. She cut me off a few times. Avoid green beans, TD.

    Ok the place drains tourists from the whole earth but food is great, cheap and heavenly spicy. Don't be late as they close the doors as soon as the pig is entirely eaten: best to come at 11.30am.

    Must try for newcomers! While the crispy pork may be as good as everywhere else in Bali, its 'bumbu' or spice makes it really delicious! Just a stone throw away from the Tourist Information Office

    a must visit place for spicy culinair lover. usually packed of guest. and the stock usually last at 2 pm. ask for extra crispy skin and extra sambal - which will boost your day :)

    Used to eat here once in a whileover two decades for its tasty food and excellent ambience. No more, food is blunt and the eating area after reconstruction is a big hall best for bus groups.

    The special is worth trying, ask for less rice & more meat. If you're rearing to try suckling pig, then order the meat only dish, you get about 3 pieces with the special. Crackling is dissapointing.

    Considering a lunch plate costs $3, it is pretty awesome value / taste combination ... Go to the "house" down the street for a nicer atmosphere where you can enjoy the food more

    If you are in Bali, this place is worth going out of the way for. But you should make a trip to Ubud anyway, because there is much to see and do.

    The Babi Guling is top notch. Love the sauce that goes on top. Order the Gorengan (crispy fried pork). You'll surely love it!

    All foodies will definitey come here to try the fame crispy pig in Ubud. But having had it twice on different occasions, I can only confirm that I am not a fan. It's just a been there, done that.

    Delicious but the screams of the slaughtered piglets resonating from the back of the restaurant are a little off-putting. Take out perhaps?

    The pork is really good and recommended. Unfortunately it's too spicy. Also a lot dishes were sold out at 13:00. Bummer!

    I eat a lot of babi guling because my wife is balinese and this is below standard. Presentation, taste, variety and price are disappointing, and top it off, my wife paid local price @ripoffthetourists

    Recommended by Lonely Planet, but don't expect any transcendental experience, it was just OK. Food was good (go for Spesial), staff was a bit unfriendly and bored. Good for quick lunch.
