We love the famous "hybrid" style of Baby Blues - Memphis-style ribs with a sauce that hails from North Carolina. Plus it's even better when enjoyed with a Trumer!

Not Kansas City BBQ. Very Southern. Low smoke. You get to choose your sauces. Good spare ribs. Good greens. Potato salad was bland. Good sauces

Ribs, cornbread, and mac/cheese (good cheeses, if watery) fantastic. Brisket only ok. Great sauces (had all including the xxx) reasonably hot with good flavor. Portobello sandwich bit disappointing.
