Great gym. The "Right Start" option is awesome — you get three personal training sessions and a nutrition consultation along with your first month of membership!
My second week here doing Crossfit, and the atmosphere is exactly what I needed. I thought there would be a 'douchebag' barrier to entry, but it's been only support from the coaches and Crossfitters.
Sawba is a great trainer and you've got to experience spin with Stacey!!
Pretty awesome gym, Nice amount of barbells, multifunctional racks and a OlympiC/deadlift platform for 3 barbells
Make sure you arrive early for the evening yoga classes, tend to be quite packed!
Danielle is one of the best Crossfit coaches I have ever met. She's supportive and encouraging, and she's very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!
Watch out for days when their washer and dryer break
Definitely try spin with Stacy or Zumba with Margo or Dion.
