This place is super cool. Nice atmosphere and the drinks are stiff.
Close encounters of the Capitol Records kind... Cool spot!
Stage right stairs tend to be less crowded and being a little higher up gives you a great view of the bands.
Go on Mondays to discover new awesome bands.

This lounge has it all, class, swanky decor, a comfortable ambiance, friendly staff and attracts good looking people(obviously one of the most important factors!).
Don't lie to security when doing something wrong and they will be nice to you.
Spacious and fun! They close too early though
School night Mondays are definitely good times!
Couch north of dj booth.

Smoke a cigarette inside, just because you can.
It's a School Night on Mondays. Check out a free show. Tuesdays are Mr. Black, which has to be like a modern day Studio 54. Incredible.

Leave your phones in the car or make a point of not losing it. This place is cursed for my friends and losing their phones
Smoking area in the back... indoors! This place is really dead if you get there too early, it's a bit of a late crowd.

Mondays for School Night with KCRW's Chris Douridas and an amazing lineup of artists/bands. No more need be said!
Wonder what Ryan Gosling's listening to? The actor is often found in the deejay booth of this club also known for burlesque shows, jazz and rock concerts–it even has room to showcase new art.
Hosted bar 930-1030pm Tuesday nights @ Mr. Black.
Wait until after 10
1 of the more expensive Monday residencies in terms of drinks. Better music acts though
I heard someone took a dump on the dance floor.
One of the best bars in LA. Insane DJs, good people watching, occasional awe-inspiring performances.
Went in under Andres Regal, some nice talent, but doesn't really start hopping until 1130.

Saturday nights there is live music - usually by someone awesome.
