Best coffee I've had in HK so far. Also good for single origin varietals & gear like pourover sets, aeropress & hario stuff.
Espresso-based coffees made with great care, but if you like your coffees strong, ask for a double shot. Interesting special blends of the day too.
New coffee shop in Sheung Wan
Hong Kong is far too small and rent too high for you to clog the tiny cafes with your laptop loafing. Facebook in your hotel.
This is the best place in HK that I've found to date with really good coffee.
Try ur coffee without sugar for better taste
They really don't want us sitting here w our computers! Wifi password is, somewhat passive aggressively, 20-mins-only! True to form, they turned off the switch after 20 mins. Coffee is good tho!
It is small. Sit at the four-stool bar and chat up the baristas, tossing around words and phrases like "nuttiness", "earthy tones", and "notes of chocolate". $28 for a single-origin drip coffee.
Lol@Evelyn's tip. OMG strangers! A HKers worst nightmare! Fear! Loathing! It's a neighbourhood cafe guys, not the Mandarin Oriental. Don't be wankers trying to make reservations.
The iced drip coffee is great, but it packs a punch. Try it black for the best flavour.
Coffee is good but sandwiches are horrible...unless you want a mayo sandwich with a little chicken in there somewhere.
Love that the baristas are super passionate about their product & service.
Wifi password is: 20-mins-only!
Close at 6pm every day!
Linguine beef with cranberry and walnut is nice!
Great coffee!! But it's not a perfect place if you want to spend some time with your laptop and study/work.
Start with a single origin slow drip, then finish with a double espresso.
This go-to spot for coffee enthusiasts took home an Honorable Mention for the Champion Cup of Coffee Award at the 2013 Foodie Forks!
Unreliable - don't trust their opening hours
Good coffee but also great bee nah nah smoothies
Smooth and nice flat white. Coffee not very strong but well balanced overall. The piccolo latte seems good as well with pretty latte art.
Ask for a Cortado. Not on the menu, but a great afternoon coffee. Less steamed milk than a cappuccino, but more than an espresso macchiato.
Wifi: 20-mins-only! Great coffee but second the horrible sandwiches! And bloody expensive too.
try the caffe mocha...:)
Get a Piccolo Latte. You won't be sorry.
I guess the milk is perfect here, perfectly matched the sweetness of their espresso!
The toast is excellent, and you have to consider that I am a bread hater. I hate bread. But their toast is EXCELLENT! No photo sorry it's already in my stomach.
Fresh brew coffee
The best in Sheung Wan!
Good pasta, good espresso based coffees, shit service. Had an unremarkable drip coffee last time but they also have Ethiopian Sidamo, which was great when I tried it elsewhere.
It would be a nice coffee place if they weren't cooking bacon next to the coffee machine.
Great Turkey Club
Great coffee but they don't do decaf
Not too bad for just a coffee!
If you want some coffee drink with your WiFi, you are better off at some coffee chain outlet. If you want great coffee, this is the place
Hands down best coffee in Hong Kong, Melbourne quality.
Serves one of the best Flat White in town, love it! Definitely the place to be for coffee and coziness in Sheung Wan.
Watery latte, lacking flavours or special note to taste. It is cheap that's a plus. Don't believe the hype.
Very reasonably priced and tasty long black.
Great coffee my fav is the piccolo. But pastas not much to rave about. 5 little prawns with penne for $90 and the taste was so-so.
Get the Australian style flat white.
Expensive. All in englis, nothing local (except from the employees). Good strong cofee, great orange juice
Great coffee, overrated breakfast, non-existent service. Best to take out or come here with plenty of time to spare.
Friendly, nice and knowledgable baristas!
Try the Piccolo Latte - very nice!
you gonna smell like coffee (or panini) when you walk out if you stay there too long.
