The staff in the Cafe area was great. I ordered something they were out of and they not only refunded my money but they gave me the largest version of my 2nd choice drink for free! Thanks again!

Free parking with validation and the dude at the Nook counter was super nice and helpful but also contributed to my current addiction: The Nook Color. Bye Bye paycheck.

Guess what douches - the bookstore is not the place to plug in your laptop! You sitting here for 6 hours not buying anything are the reason bookstores are failing!

I have never found an outlet for my laptop anywhere in or near the cafe area. The plugs I do find elsewhere have an annoying label that says "not for customer use". boooo. negative one point B&N.
