The cafe is s.l.o.w. And I agree with the restroom comments...

Mend bathroom (atleast today) was not a pleasant experience. Scuba gear would have been nice before venturing in there.

Exceptionally ignorant staff. Groups of employees standing around, whining about their breaks not coming quick enough.

Everything except the nasty bathrooms they have here. Seriously, Barnes & Noble get it together and clean your restrooms. I would post the pictures if I weren't so disgusted.

Teachers: Remember to enroll for your educator discount! It generally only applies toward childrens books, but occasionally works for other items, too!

Mark, not having comfortable chairs is deliberate. Their revised strategy is to get visitors to purchase, or get them to leave. Comfortable book browsers don't purchase much, but use WiFi and energy.

Don't go to the cafe in the morning. One lady that works there is way slow; plus the bathrooms are rarely cleaned

Great DVD selection - rarities and foreign - but man are those prices ridiculous. Stick to purchasing said products online. Book deals are a-okay though.
