B.B. King's Blues Club & Grill is the premier live music venue & restaurant in the heart of Times Square.
Excellent Prix Fix menu for $22.95 til 7pm & signature "The BB" which is a beer and burger special for $9.95 with each additional beer being 2 dollars. You can sub the beer for a soft drink. Must go.
Try to stay away from the expensive, subpar food if you can. Ordered a burger, (unseasoned) chicken and waffles and 2 drinks and dropped over 80 dollars. The show was amazing though.
This is a great place if you love hearing good music from live bands! The food is also very delicious & it is in the heart of Times Square! It's usually free on Tuesdays & Thursday nights :-)
This is a place of great music and fantastic southern food. This club and grill is also known for the amazing performances by the Harlem Gospel Choir, happening during the Sunday Gospel Brunch.
Concert venue inside BB King's (with an awesome Beatle's brunch every Saturday!). For something more low-key, try Lucille's Grill (the lounge next door), which has free live jazz every night.
I went there during reggae night. I had a great time. The line was long however, it was moving smoothly. Some of the bartenders aren't as fast as other in terms of serving people drinks.
Each and every Saturday night there are over 1000+ people in attendance for the biggest weekly party in the city! All women are free before 12:30 an men reduced. Just say "Make It Happen" guest list a
+ and - for B.B. King's as an event venue for a conference. Plus: great service, great food, nice layout. Minus: Realtime NY 11 crashed their web access. Don't plan on high tech here.
The food was excellent. I had the jumbo crab cake entree and my fiancé had Steak with mashed potatoes & spinach, BOTH plates went back clean. Definitely will be back.
The music venue equivalent of a U.S. airline. They cram you in like sardines and give you mediocre food served by indifferent staff. Unless there is someone you absolutely love playing here, avoid.
please do not order the pork tenderloin it is dry and the sauce is not that appetizing either, the sweet potato hash poorly seasoned the only thing good is the garlic spinach . Your welcome .
BBQ ribs are good, people are great! Coke is a lot of Ice, a little glass and nearly nothing cola. Food is crazy expensive but hey, what do you expect?
They don't pay much attention to dietary restrictions. Indicated an allergy therefore no mixed veggies, which were hiding in the mashed. When I indicated the mistake, no apology at all.
Check out the legendary Harlem Gospel Choir brunch here every Sunday -- it's perfect for the bored church-goer, music lover, soul food connoisseur, urban adventurer... you get it.
The best view is from either a booth or right up front. If you grab a booth, be sure to have the 38oz sharing steak. – Pete from One eskimO
BB Kings Ale is made by Magic Hat and tastes just like their #9 beer just a bit hoppier. The hot wings are expensive but very good.
Come here for the blues, not the food. Bring cash for the beer bucket guy if it's crowded, you may never make it back from the bar!
Awesome love music. Food a bit overpriced for what it is. You will meet minimum with one drink order eat dinner before you go.
Unfortunately they have roaches... which I discovered last night while watching Paul Mooney and this one crawled out on our table to join us! Smh... Never eating here again!
It's located in a very convenient place. It's not really good music venue for Hip Hop concert, but good for live band concert.
Great sessions abound -- with appearances by advertising leaders, it's also home to the a session on the first MTV TJ, Billboard Conversation and a session with Cyndi Lauper.
Horrible service. When it takes 30 minutes from the time you order a drink to it coming..Please...Our waiter didn't really know the menu.
Come just for the live music and bands, the food in Lucille's its TERRIBLE and expensive, very few drink options.
Food is expensive and comes in small portions. Place is ridiculously cramped and old. Seems really outdated. Music was great, though.
An ultimate Blues experience and fine dining.Porterhouse steak with mushrooms and cream of spinach are excellent choice.
Sea salt ice cream sounds fun, not on lunch menu. fried chicken was not good. Mac and cheese a goid choice.
Glad to be back at B.B. Kings, gonna try the beefsteak tomato & mozzarella salad with a bottle of Alamos Malbec.
Some concerts are standing room only, get there early, wear flat shoes. Eat before you get there.
Food was good, service was excellent even during a sold out show. Our waitress was great.
I love this place. Some time I go to check out the fights other times I go for the live entertainment. Great spot.
Phone service here is usually terrible, but try the wi-fi network: bbkings-guest, password: bbkingnyc
This place is awesome! So intimate, great acoustics! Great food, drinks & service!
More for a younger crowd on sat! But the Long Island iced teas will have u crawling home! Great fun
The food was good, portions small, but quite expensive. Service was very slow!Don't plan to return.
The food is nasty & expensive but the music is great. Eat before you go & you should be fine.
book a booth for shows - better service and much more intimate and comfy
Thursdays are salsa nights. Generally free, with a live band, and a decent DJ.
The Times Square Caesar has parmesan crisps & chipotle aioli olive oil relish. The bread pudding has a brandy & white chocolate sauce
Save your money pre-show and wait to order when seated. There is a $10 mandatory charge for tables.
Just order the wings don't even bother with the menu oh and see the Motown review
wifi password: bbkingnyc :) the food and the choir are awesome !! :)
The Harlem Gospel Choir brunch was an interesting experience but very touristy and pretty uninspiring buffet
Prices are very New York, but the venue is a lot of fun.
Get here early for a good seat or hang at the bar.
The Harlem Gospel Choir is amazing. The food is not good but we spend a great time
Advertising Week hangout spot. Come here for more intimate sessions.
Be sure to check who's playing on their website- never a bad act!
