The free coffee isn't as bad as some say.
Lifts are quite busy during lunchhour. Give it 5-10 minutes to get on
You don't need to press the buttons on the way out through the turnstiles. The buttons are disabled and the turnstile will rotate automatically.
The lattes from the Costa on the 7th floor is better then the lattes from the outside Costas (they are usually too milky)
