The classic with lox, cream cheese, capers and red onions is fantastic. My new go to place for bagels in the Oakland area, good even by NYC standards.

Onion bagel breakfast sandwich is a great hangover shaker. Get it with chicken sausage and watch as your name is called and it is delivered to you with melted cheddar dripping from the edges.

With seeds enough to stock a birdhouse, these bagels also draw long lines. But those move quickly, and you'll be rewarded with the wood-fired goods before you know it. Read more

Excellent breakfast bagel sandwich with veggie sausage and avocado, had an array of Lucky Dog hot sauces to use here. The cappuccino wasn't bad here too.

I love the garlic or everything bagels myself. Usually get the veggie or just cream cheese and heirloom tomato. I had the fried chicken once. Amazing but more than I want on my way to work.

Open-faced lox bagel (sesame) was amazing with the super fresh nova, slightly sweet bagel (boiled in honey water), and red onions that almost seemed slightly pickled. Best on the west coast!

Best bagels in the Bay Area. And this coming from a New Yorker. Get two. Small enough and tasty enough that you'll want another.

Totally overrated. If these are the best bagels in the bay than there's a big opportunity for someone to start a legitimately good bagel place. The bagels have no heft or substance to them.
