Beauty's special (lox, cream cheese, tomato and onion on a bagel) is simple but stellar. A great precursor to walking up Mont Royal
Got a chance to have a true French Canadian breakfast here. Love that they serve a Montreal bagel with your meal. Fresh OJ is a must.
Loooooong waiting line on Saturday
Beauty's special, Nova entrée, blintzes, superbeautys 2... all good. Classic Montreal breakfast deli.
The food was ok - typical diner cuisine. We went late summer and it was not an enjoyable experience. No AC and flies everywhere. It was sad because of the character the diner had.
Beautys basic with sliced tomatoes instead of home fries
Be sure to get a cookies and cream milkshake
Get the mish mash omelette
Everything is solid
Expensive, kind of overated.
Solid quality food. (Especially) Morning after.... or just any time!
I really enjoyed my milkshake here, I saw others and they all looked good. I can't remember the exact flavour I had, to recommend :( boo. Excellent staff
You cannot visit Montreal and not have breakfast at Beautys!!
It's eggs, pancakes and bacon. Still not sure what the hype is about.
Beauty's is awesome. Really great breakfast spot. The OJ is fresh squeezed and delicious, and the breakfast was simple, and well prepared. I had the Beauty Special this time.
Great clean diner! Get the Beauty special.
Nice little piece of history this spot is :) ridiculous bang for your buck; great food, great staff and you must get the superbeautys 2. A Montreal must!
So delicious. A place with a bit of history.
Awesome brunch. Not a greasy spoon. Good classic eggs, bacon, and delicious pancakes. You'll probably have to stand in line to get in though, but it's not too bad.
Wi-Fi password is beautyfull
The country omelette is the best. You don't know an omelette until you have tried this. It has cheddar, bacon, parsley and the best egg. It melts in you're mouth and it is great
Expect to wait. Always a waiting line. Worth it yes. Maybe not in the dead of Winter.
Expensive for diner food, so get something you can't whip up at home. I recommend the waffle.
Overrated!, everything is just normal. Their coffee is ok. If you can make an omelet at home, believe me you'll make better that what they do. I didn't try their smoothies so I can't comment on it.
They have potato Latkes, that's an item I don't see often on brunch menus!
Challah bread French Toast is superb..
Baaaaaad sooooo much and expensive
Order a smoothie (I loved the Cookies and Cream) and then a meal that includes pancakes. They are small, but you'll understand when you taste them why it is important to get a stack.
Overhyped and overpriced. You get a better deal at other breakfast joints. Worst potatoes ever. Grilled vegetable salad means iceberg lettuce topped with canned roast pepper. Why is it still running?
Found it overpriced; $15 for a bag of lettuce and grilled capsicum and zucchini. Nothing special.
Cookies and cream smoothie
Mishmash & Turkey Burger. That's the move.
Great place with good food and ambiance
The grilled banana bread with chocolate chips was a revelation! =)
The Beautys special is AMAZING!!
The Cookies and Cream milkshake is to die for
The owner is 92 years old and has been welcoming customers since 1942. Legendary.
Go for the Beauty's Special on russian black bread
Hands down the best brunch place ever!!! Plus Hymie is so cute and such a great host. You can't go wrong w/ any menu items. Get the mac n cheese.
THE reference in the city...
Best breakfast in Montreal.
Great place for breakfast!
Try the Beauty's Special
Try the Challah Bread French Toast
My usual order: Smoked Salmon Bagel followed by Super Beauty's 2 special with a freshly squeezed orange juice
Did you know that they make Gaspacho soup to take out. In the summer time it is worth the detour !
