So cool, so hip, so packed…every night. But the food is good and groovy musical acts make the too-cool-for school service. -Tania Peterson, Top Chef Just Desserts
Great, simple, satisfying comfort food with great live Jazz music makes The Beehive a place you just have to check out. Bonus, having a great time at very affordable prices.
If you like live music, this is THE place to be! It's a cool venue with some of the best cocktails in Boston! We tried several :-)
Second time there. First for my birthday and Sunday for brunch with my wife and daughters. Cool vibe. Delicious comfort food....and jazz. I'll be back.
excellent dinner and jazz music place. fun for a Sat nite
Go to the Hive when it's salsa night. Such good music.
Ask "Bertil" the GM to recommend a champagne or sparkling wine with your dinner. He is an award-winning sommelier and really interesting guy.
Gets loud but it's unbelievably cool. Pierogies and a honey beer go great with live jazz.
Cool place to make new friends also the live music is surprisingly good. Optimal time to arrive is about 9-9:30 you should be able to find a spot at the downstairs bar. By 10:30 the place will be pack
Went for the scene & found myself in Hipster Heaven. Band was outfitted in their thrift shop meets 1950 Havana garb. Even they seemed bored with their music (but ironically so). Grab a PBR & enjoy!
Try the Chocolate Pot de creme...it is to die for!
Live music 7 days a week and great local beers
go to the downstairs bar and try to get Frank as a bartender.
The manager is a bitch
Daddy and I went here and I ordered the truffled pierogies as an appetizer. They are now my favorite menu item.
Get a table right in front of the live music and enjoy!
good cocktails, good food, good music
Epic grilled cheese with short rib is epic.
Go in the summer and have the picnic menu outside
Awesome for Brunch on the weekends. Liz is an awesome waitress!
Get a Honey Highball and some Potato Pierogies to start, and then get lost in the music and atmosphere.
i love this place.a little expensive but its worth.great music and beautiful people.
Bartender: "what do you get when you cross a brown chicken and a brown cow? Bow-chick-a-wow-wow!
Try the DonQ rum. It's great for rum and cokes. This is the first bar in Boston that carries it.
Great venue to sit back, relax sip a brew and enjoy the show
Good music and a place in Boston that serves poutine
Probably the best Tuna tare tare in Boston, order it.
Was not impressed at all! The live jazz band was nice but the food was overrated & OVERPRICED! Service was horrible! The place was pretty empty for our waitress to be M.I.A!
Ahi Tuna was delicious! As well as the Kentucky Orchard drink
It's fall and I'm FALLING in love with their pumpkin coffee cake and honey butter! Best appetizer on the menu (yes, I ordered all of them).
awesome mushroom lasagna
Unreal roasted potatoes and bottomless, strong coffee make brunch here a no-brainer.
Can't beat the grilled cheese & short rib sammich
Really good place, nice music, nice cocktails :-)
Short rib is amazing. Try the perogies and poutine too if you don't like meat.
Not good for large groups. Management is a bit snotty and big for their britches.
Good and groovy
Order off the menu - the bartenders will take care of you, just give them a type of alcohol
Best french toast I've ever had + live jazz music = Sunday brunch perfection
Neat space - great place to grab a drink before dinner.
Their Beehive Julep is money. As is the Honey Highball.
Great place for after work drinks!
