People tend to check in during these times:
Watch out for the beggars, homeless & bible thumpers. Wear headphones & they will generally leave you alone.
Super convenient. Ideal for people travelling. Near to Starbucks even they closed on sundays.
Trying to connect from Seattle on the 550 to 235? Forget the schedule. You'll be screwed every time. Enjoy your 30 minute wait.
During the afternoon commuting peak, the 532 usually ends up at capacity. Be here early to get in line so you don't have to wait for the next one!
Don't connect to the free wifi access points. They are weak and slow.
EDM makes riding the bus doable.
Feels like Disneyland with everybody waiting in line.
Don't run for the bus! There will be another one soon
One of the nicest transit centers I've seen in Washington state.
If there's a line, don't cut it. It makes you a dick.
The Specialty's Cafe & Bakery is just across street in City Center. Great AM stop on way to office, sands/salads at lunch.
Use your Maps app to get to your destination
Don't forget: the walk sign is on for all crossings.
Try the starbucks across the street from the starbucks.
If you need to recharge your phone and it's after 6 PM, there are covered outlets next to each of the trees lining the walkways.
Found a pair of reading glasses on bus #3391 route 271 if anyone lost theirs I gave them to the driver just now!
Grab your spot in queue and guard it - most riders do not know how to form a line and will cut you off!!
Ride Rapid Ride Bus and Surf on Free WIFI
Watch out for Skateboard Mike
Take the Rapid Ride bus. It has free WIFI.
If you're taking RapidRide, if you have a orca card and tap your card on the reader or a valid transfer you can enter through any door
Very windy here, bundle up for the winter.
Onebusaway might be the most useful app out there
Tully's at the SE corner of the transit center is great
Prime rib and peppercorn use to be awesome. Sucks now. Go for prime rib peppercorn dip
There are two starbucks next door as well as a quiznos and a couple of other places to hang if you have time to kill.
If it's really cold and you have a while till your bus cones, hang out in the building across the street
If your transferring from 271 eastbound to 253 toward crossroads in the afternoon, consider that you'll miss the transfer by 2 mins or less. One arrives and one leaves!!
Definitely don't get mugged by whities, they will try to give Apple products.
Download the OneBusAway app. Great for keeping track how long till your bus arrives, if it's running late, or if you missed it.
Payphones: 425 454 8732 and 8730 -- call them!
Make sure you know where your bus stops, once the bus is out of the zone, it won't pick up riders.
The 550 leaves 5 minutes before scheduled almost everyday, be at the stop early
