Doesn't matter what you eat... EVERYTHING TASTES BRILLIANT.... Book a table before it closes in August...
Highly recommend the signature tasting menu with matching wines! Magical!!
Great little tasting menu overall and especially the vegetarian one!
Wish we hadn't bothered. Feckless bar man, who didn't know his sherry from his brandy, brandy served in a white wine glass, rude, arrogant bar man, flat mixers, what a disappointment
Specialty: Smoked eel parfait

Spatchcock. Just one word. Must.
The pork belly is a winner
If Nick Hildebrandt comes to your table, put your blind faith in one of Sydney's best sommeliers. Let him choose something brilliant & eye-opening for you.
The mix of flavours on the first dessert in the degaustation is amazing!!
Sommelier Nick Hildebrant is a genius! Test him out with his Riesling knowledge and he'll take you on a journey you wont forget!
Try the beetroot sponge with chocolate and berries for dessert... Heavenly!
Amazing menu. The kingfish ceviche is a fantastic littlemorsel. Have the honeycomb chocolate bar
For something out of this world try the Schiefferterassen Riesling from Heymann-Lowenstien... Savoury and Sexy but massively mineral!
If you go with the Tasting menu, make sure you order the optional course: Creamed Stilton with Spice Bread & Cumquat. Heavenly!
Great little restaurant -- very good food, great wine list, good service and good acoustics / can't go wrong
Try their espresso martini. Daaaaamn good
Don't come just for dessert. You'll be made to feel as welcome as a dog s$&t on a shoe.
Must try the duck and the trout.
One of my Sydney favourites. Let the bar man advise you on drinks, as their range is interesting and their tastes just great. Never get the feeling of being pushed out the door despite them being busy
Sorry guys not my favorite in surry Hills. Staff were good and wine list extensive and expensive but food was a bit too "plated" for me. Don't think I'll be back in a rush.
Tasting menu for lunch at Bentley Restaurant! Some great food here!
Ask Nick for the good gear - booze ballistixxx
