WW Cheap Eats 2011 favorites: Bánh mì ($2.25 each), sardines in tomato sauce, Vietnamese meatballs, headcheese, pâté and the vegetarian combo.
The only banh mi sandwich shop with a drive thru in Portland...so far.

Sandwiches are no good. But the Iced Milk Coffee is pretty bomb. If you're looking for good Banh Mi, hit up Tan Tan In Beaverton.
This place has cockroaches in the pastry case. I tried to tell the woman behind the counter but she did not speak English. No one in the back kitchen spoke English either. I walked out.
Egg and cheese breakfast baguette w/ veggies is a breakfast of champions. Ice milk coffee (read: frappuccino) with bubble is a good pairing. Passion fruit boba with lychee jelly is my other favorite.
Get a coconut macaroon to go with your banh mi.

The classic #1 is great if you're a daring diner. The grilled pork is pretty killer.
the sandwiches here are freakin' phenomenal! i'm a big fan of #3, grilled chicken with salad inside & spicy.
Saigon bacon sandwich was sllllliiiimmyyyy. Peppers that come with sandwich are good though.
