Tasha was awful! She had zero product knowledge, spoke quietly even after request, didn't call anybody knowledgeable to help, told us to look for smbd else. Most unprofessional and wasted my time!
They price match anything on Amazon. But returns are possible, especially important if you buy the wrong thing or just change your mind.
Don't do in-store pickup at this location. It always takes FOREVER.

Customer service at its worst on the " online" pick up area , no one in line but us and it took 20 mins... They were too busy talking to each other

Worst shape I have ever seen this location in. Switch in management really hurt it...staff are rude and focus on gossip rather than helping. Inventory is a joke. Go to a different location!!!

The service for the mobile section is horrible the people are to lazy to search for things and actually do their job....horrible
The employees at customer service are extremely knowledgable and helpful! They may be short staffed, but be patient and you will be rewarded with excellent service!
Customer bathrooms can be found in lower level 2...very convenient in Lincoln center
Worst customer service ever. Associates will ignore you and focus only on those interested in buying expensive equipment. However, I will say, the Returns Department is awesome!
