I forgot if I mentioned how I hate this place. But in all honesty, it is fair to blame management or the corporation. The staff is treated horribly.
Always ck ur Best Buy gift cards before throwing them away! I just used a $50 one when I thought I only had $2 bucks on it! Swaeet!

When you get home and take your purchases out, save the bags! REUSE them in your home, or bring them back to Best Buy for recycling.

There were 5 Best Buy Employees at the Front desk and only 1 person checking out people. This lady got pissed off b/c she was asked to step aside so that ONE person could finish checking others SMH
Every time I drive by this place I remember how much I hate best buy. If every store in the world had such a consistently miserable staff, I would be a very wealthy man.
Check out is slow, confusing and under staffed. Use Amazon.

Horrible customer service. Walk No greeting and walked store 10 min looking for my item. Found it but wrong item in spot. No one there to assist but so many associates chatting. Ill spend $ elsewhere

My cashier was wonderful. The store itself sucks. I spent as much for ink for one printer as it'd cost to buy a brand new printer with ink included. Terrible. Also, no employee discounts? Shame.
If you're here for anything besides plumbing or appliances, you're probably better off buying it on the web for a lot cheaper.
