Horrible setup for locked up items. Stand on line for one hour to be served by the one cashier...who is also the person who runs to retrieve your item while half the employees socialize.
Don't believe the computer section.You don't have to wait on there line to buy a laptop unless it's locked up. If its on the shelf you can pay up front.There trying to lure you into buying a warranty

I left my Ipod to replace the battery. I went back many times to see if it Was done- itwasnt. So 60 days of this I wanted it back even though it wasn't fixed. But he wouldn't give me it. Theif.
The customer service needs to be evaluate. Their service sucks big time. Half the people don't know what they're talking about. So it's best to do your own research than asking their service for help.
