    Got 3 worst experiences already in this branch. Staff are morons, doesn't care, with no customer service support, and things are hard to find (disorganized and lacks signs).

    Happy to have a Best Buy easily accessed by train. However, compared to 14th st Best Buy, I find it lacking in order and layout.

    Best Buy is not really a best buy when it comes to cables and computer parts. Suggest you try mono cables and New Egg online.

    Came to pick up an online order. They wanted to argue that part of the order was getting shipped when I had the email saying its all ready for pickup. Wasted an hour here. Most incompetent workers.
