Eat a little bit of fruit before the 6am class.. It will give you just enough energy!
First class is always difficult. If you can get through it next ones get easier. Try to warm up in the room 5-10 mins before class to adjust to the room temperature. Helps a lot!

The classes here are generally less-packed than the Back Bay location!
