People tend to check in during these times:
Ahmed is the best instructor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is welcoming, personable and most important helpful.
Try to be in the middle of the room, not the back corners, otherwise you get blasted every time the heat turns on. Ahmad takes time to correct your poses, which I appreciate.
Choose a spot in the back corners of the room if you really want to pump up your routine or get some extra flexibility.
Try to arrive about 15 minutes before classes start; otherwise, some of the more crowded classes are near-impossible to find a good spot in.
It's good. A little bit tooooo hot!! still will come back tho...
Aim for the middle of the room to avoid being right in front of the heater and take any class where Debi is the instructor.
Start the day off right and try a morning practice
had a rather, rrrm, demanding lady instructor for first ever session. glad i went back anyway, as dude instructor was way more forgiving than the first gal. wish location were more convenient.
6:30 class...wish me luck
