This place is amazing and the owner is a total sweetheart. A must if you are in the area

I swear, they are terrible at listening to your order. Never get them right...

Good food but the service is painfully slow. Don't come if you're in a rush.

Nothing special; the bagels were hard as bricks! I've tasted better for sure, staff seemed ok at the time.

We went in the morning and the service as well as the bagels and muffin were fantastic!

The 'owner' that helps with making bagel is incapable of logical task coordinating. It pains me to watch him ruin other people's orders. Watching him "work" is like a 20 car pile up.

Looks like the consensus is this is a pretty shitty place so I will stay away.

As mentioned, they are awful about credit cards. Remind them that minimum spend requirements are against their merchant agreement with the credit card issuers.

The reuben comes with coleslaw, not sauerkraut. I find that disturbing and strange, and they tell you it's sauerkraut.

Do NOT buy any baked goods other than bagels-bought muffins for my coworkers at Mitsuwa and had to throw them all away they were that terrible. Waste of 20 bucks.

Sometimes the staff can be rather rude and unwelcoming and the bagels fall short of fantastic, but it's a decent selection of cream cheeses, bagels, and drinks.

Plan and simple. DECENT food & SHITTY service.

Poor egg & cheese bagel, bad coffee, rude staff nearly a year ago. So bad it took this long to come back. Coffee still awful, staff still ru

Bill came to 6 dollars and they wouldn't take my card because of a minimum of 10 dollars... They lost my business for that.

Do not plan to sit inside. They do not have air conditioning! I was forced to go outside for some air.

Walk over to the appetizing area first to place your order, then over to the cashier. There are no signs, but those are the rules. Y

Amazing bagels and food, extremely clean and welcoming staff. Bit busy and hectic on the weekends but worth the wait.

This place is awful. The bagels are ok at best. The staff is mentally bankrupt

great stuff, but the only gripe i have is that the staff behind the counter has a way of making you feel like you're not welcome here unless you're a regular. way to run a business.

I highly suggest the whole wheat bagels, best on River Road!

Wheat bagels are excellent. Not abusive or cheap with the butter when toasting.

Breakfast bagels are no only delicious but fairly priced! This place gets crowded on weekends so don't be that guy or gal holding up the line!

I got several bagles and they were very good, soft inside and nice and gold on the outside only the cinnmon rasin was not risen

Bagels made on premise and are always fresh. Under new ownership, seems like they're still working out some kinks.
