Enjoy modern cuisine crafted by Executive Chef Martial Nouguier, rooted in French culture showcasing ingredients from Midwestern farmers at Bistronomic.
Good (and bottomless) mimosas and really tasty salads will probably be what brings me back here. My dining companions really enjoyed their brunch steaks as well.
Absolutely love it. Relaxed bistro with fab food. Expect the owner and chef to check out if you were happy with todays dishes.
This place is amazing. Unreal food. Wow. Had the chicken raviolis and Lake Superior white fish.
Muy recomendable. La comida impecable y el servicio perfecto. Las recomendaciones de los camareros suelen acertar. La tarta de limón obligada!
Gnocchi, shrimp and lobster emulsion
Tasty. Wonderful wonderful food. Tasty pate's. Wonderful drinks. Delicious fish and delicious steak.
Best grilled cheese
The mussels are delicious, specially if ordered with a side of house French fries. Don't forget to order the black and white creme brule for a unique dessert experience.
Order the escargot (slightly sweet). Also order duck confit (not too greasy). Great, intimate, and polished but not pretentious atmosphere. You can hear your companion(s) talk, which is lovely.
Gnocchi is delish!
The award for the butteriest, gooiest, and flat out fattiest grilled cheese in town goes to Bistronomic's grilled cheese. The cheese changes daily.
Bottomless mimosa brunch was fantastic especially coupled with the goat cheese and pesto omelette. Highly recommend!
The mussels were outstanding and a large portion for the price!
Unimpressed and overpriced.
This place has excellent food! I suggest the steak and eggs for brunch.
Cauliflower soup of the day is pure yumminess
Carpaccio was also amazing!!
Stake Frites was amazing!! Glad we went!!!
You’ve been here before—what was it that brought you back again? It’s not the room, and not the crowd. But it just may be the delicious grilled cheese du jour.
Great small plates. Loved the mussels, pate, braised chicken ravioli and local cheeses!
Tuna tartare, mussels, tarting of the day
Can you get good foie grais in America? Apparently.
Chicken pate is amazing
To complete the last tip: have a cotes du Rhone red.
If you only order one dish: the Amish chicken. Succulent, with a wine reduction that has a kick of orange. Have a cot
Hard bread. Bad server. Awesome hostess!
Voted ChiMag's best new restaurant of 2011. The whole organic chicken is designed for two. Photo: http://bit.ly/me77H0
sorbet is made in-house & delish....
BOH is ready. FOH is not.
Beet salad was amazing, steak entree was lukewarm and left something to be desired. I'll be coming here for cheese and drinks only.
Fusing upscale bistro cuisine with gastronomic grub, stop in to sample succulent selections such as filet of beef au poivre, Belgian endive salad, & roasted Magret duck.
Fish soup salty , oxtail ravioli salty, duck Tough and unducky .... What ? You have one more chance BISTRONOMIC to prove you're worthy.
