The brisket falls right apart, this is a great pit stop if you are taking the toll!
Historic place known for their giant beef rib. I thought it was good but not great. Much better stuff out there.
Everything here is incredible. The chicken goes FAST so get here early!
Fatty brisket and beef ribs
Baby back ribs are a winner.
Barbecue especially the pork chops
This is it! The ultimate place where you must to go in order to taste the best barbecue #Brisket #PorkRibs #BabyBackRibs #GiantBeefRibs #Sausages and the heavenly variety of sides and desserts
Amazing. Worth waiting in line for a little bit. It's a must for a roadtrip around Austin, San Antonio, Houston...
Brisket and beef ribs are super delish.
Known for their brisket, which was very good, but the best turkey I've ever had.
When you step inside, you've stepped back into 1950.
My first and terrifically memorable bite of Texas BBQ... Brisket, sausage and Dr. Pepper.
Priced by the pound - worth a side trip when driving from Houston to San Antonio
Thrillist Top BBQ List: taste the peppery bark that envelopes their brisket and beef ribs.
Great food and service
Moist was very good. Lots of delicious on the beef ribs. Remarkably similar brisket to what you get in the Austin locations.
Ribs are to die for!
Ribs!! Nuff said
It is all very good but the giant beef ribs are a must try. Truly the best I have ever had.
Beef ribs. Fred Flintstone size.
Worth the wait. Fatty brisket is great.
Its OK. Not as good as Rudy's. The beef rib was alright though. Don't get the sausage, its super dry.
The beef/brontosaurus rib is totally serial - GIT SUM
The brisket is so good.
amazing BBQ brisket
Beef rib and a lone star, beautiful.
Oversized beef ribs, yummm
Stunning brisket cannot be properly described with words. Jalapeño sausage also excellent.
Been to Smittys, Kreuz, and Blacks. Blacks is my favorite! Pork spare & baby back ribs are best here, but when in Lockhart, you NEED to try the sausage (@ any one of these places). Nowhere compares!
Moist brisket and ribs. Skip the sides.
"You haven't touched your meat yet"
Beef ribs. Beef ribs. Beef. Ribs.
Moist is the best!
Best brisket ever. You can cut it with a plastic fork.
You order by the pound so do yourself a favor and get at least a little brisket. Fatty end preferably. It's life changing. Oh, and sausage sampler.
Pretty good bbq. I'd say the quality difference between this and Rudy's is less than the price difference plus gas. Good food and a fun road trip, though.
You have to get the beef ribs for sure. Also, you can go in the out door to place Togo orders. Great if the line is long.
Highly recommend especially the lean brisket
The giant beef rib was great. The lean brisket was the best I've had!
Try the peach cobbler
The men's restroom in the front part of the restaurant has the smallest toilet stall that I have ever used in my entire life.
Nom sooooo good
Customer service is great! If there's a piece of meat that too dry or u don't like, they will exchange it for you.
The beef BBQ is the juiciest, tastiest, meatiest I've ever had. If you go to Blacks BBQ, it's a must!
Brisket and beef ribs. Skip the sides.
