Staff Pick! Katie (Curatorial): Sea salt brownies and fresh sorbets are amazing. Fresh muffins and baked goods from Blue Sky Bakery (rasberry-zuchinni-dark chocolate muffins--yum!)
Staff Pick! Eleanor (Education): My favorite thing to do is to combine all the shop's attributes and get a scoop of vanilla ice cream in ice coffee.
Staff Pick! Elaine (Collections): farm made ice cream, delicious flavors like raspberry, and chocolate chocolate chip!
Staff Pick! Lidy (Development): I've only gotten the coffee ice cream which is a sweet delicious lunch alternative (yes, you can have ice cream for lunch). They also have a kids corner...
Staff Pick! Jillian (Editorial): The ice cream is a bit pricey but absolutely worth it. Like heaven in a cup.
Great simple flavors done really well. If you're feeling like mixing it up though, get a molten marble – a scoop of ice cream doused with an espresso shot.
It may be an ice cream shop, but you can get the best coffee in the neighborhood here.
We especially like the smooth, creamy strawberry ice cream—which has a touch of tartness—at this Brooklyn mini-chain.
hey kids, be sure to say thank you when you try the samples. :-)
Bagels are from Bergen Bagels and therefore good. Nice people at Blue Marble will toast them and appy peanut butter and honey, which is unheard-of, and even better.
Root Beer ice cream is mind altering (if they have it!)
Best ice cream in Brooklyn
This place makes me a fan of strawberry ice cream. Delicious w chocolate and then you're two thirds of the way to neapolitan.
Try the classic strawberry for a taste so fresh, it's like you're eating strawberries straight from the field.
This place raised the price on iced coffee from $2.50 to $3.50 overnight.
good coffee but AMAZING ice cream. The Root Beer & Coffee flavors are my favorites.
Cinnamon is perfect on a nice spring day.
Enjoy their delicious artisanal ice cream.
A pint size scoop shop serving ice cream cupcakes and oversize waffle cones is an ideal post-park stop.
Add fudge. You must.
Diggin the popcorn ice cream!
Artisanal Ice Cream for me!
Best ice cream shop / coffee shop / day care center in the neighborhood
Happy to award the Snail of Approval to Blue Marble!
They've recently started brewing La Colombe coffee.

Try the Root Beer Ice Cream - A little runny but great with the help of a cup. Tastes like a light root beer float! (via @Foodspotting)
Get the key lime cookie flavor! To die for!! <3
Chocolate Sundae... the best I have ever had!
'The high butterfat content of the scoops here ensures a super creamy texture, but the flavors stay bright. Our favorite scoop? Probably the strawberry'
Decent ice cream but pretty expensive for very small portions. Do yourself a favor and walk the few more blocks to Ample Hills.
Try the burnt sugar ice cream!!!
Not the friendliest staff
Try the Latte (via @Foodspotting)
Zucchini pecan muffin...mmmm...
Try the olive oil flavor. Yummy!
They don't have it often, but PISTACHIO ALL THE WAY & don't forget about the brownies next to the cash register.
Strewberry sorbet... Yum!
try the grape nut or ginger!
The ice cream here is amazing! I'm a chocolate person, but I have to say the fruit ice creams are something special. Try strawberry or blackberry!
The muffins are really good. For me, they offer too many combo flavors (mango-strawberry, banana-pineapple, etc... I'd rather just have plain blueberry) but I honestly haven't had a bad one yet.
