Use caution driving Spencer St most evenings. People park on both sides, some facing traffic, some leave headlights on. Even more dangerous for pedestrians in winter. Please be courteous- I have even seen some of these 'dance-moms' double park and some won't even move when car comes toward them, causing the oncoming car to drive through the lot on the other side, that is if they can
