Nothing is good here - it's run on the cheap and packed. Head to American in terminal 5 for a great lounge.

We're taking the last flight here, so it's ample and quiet. But this lounge is very basic. Don't expect it to be like asian airport lounge. Even LAX has better lounge.

Always slightly disappointing as the food selection is so poor - you would hope for more from NYC's main hub airport. Still, they have showers which is always a nice feature.
