"Beautiful animals and exhibits! Tons of zoo babies! Educational & fun for kids. Lots of walking. Handicap accessible. Leave strollers & coolers outside. Turn right after exit to get back to entrance."
The Living Coast
"I love The Living Coast! A lot of exhibits seem to be empty during the less busy months, but there are plenty of animals to entertain the kids."
"Very fun & educational! Poorly lit. Has fish, snakes, lizzards, birds, alligators (?), turtles (including an alligator snapping turtle), bugs, rodents, & otters. Great for children & photographers."
Brookfield Zoo (3300 Golf Road)
"Beautifully hand crafted & fun. Classic favorite for families with children. Go to Discovery Center for water, AC, & restrooms."
Regenstein Wolf Woods
"Personal favorite! One-way windows right up close! Interactive cameras inside exhibit! Dark room with howling "wolves". Great for children & everyone! New: 4 wolf pups + Mom&dad share exhibit only."
"Love the underwater dolphin viewing. It's fun to watch the dolphins during the show but from "their" point of view. Great gift shop, too."
"Watch out for splash zones! Get there early. Family fun. (Dolphins can also be seen for no charge thru underwater windows) Often zoo babies!"
