Great Hotel... Try Afternoon High Tea
I am not a cake geek but afternoon tea here was an interesting experience. If you have a sweet tooth you need to try
Very nice afternoon tea with piano player, tea-tox menu and attentive service. A bit pricey at £45 but a great experience.

A great pre-awards drinks venue. Concierge outside for hailing taxis or being there with an umbrella when it's raining! Top class service. Fab cocktails too!
Afternoon tea is just fabulous
Opened in 1837, this is London’s oldest 5 star hotel. Franklin D Roosevelt stayed here on his honeymoon in 1905.
Quintessential British food is the main dish in the formal dining room of the Brown's Hotel, which features braised pork cheeks in Burrow Hill cider and roast fillet of Cornish hake.
High tea is fabulous here but pricey. Come hungry and eat your fill of sandwiches and scones!
