    Skip the irrelevant change of the guards and go straight to visit inside the palace. Stunning! The last visit is 16h15, its not full and you can see the sunset in the coffee at the palace garden.

    Interesting to know this building got severely damaged during a Blitzkrieg raid. They rebuild it as it was before. The inside is in a sandy colour, not white!

    Better catch the changing of the guards at 1130am. I believe they run daily during the summer but on off days, they do it every other day.

    The tour was well worth it. I saw paintings only seen in history books. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bring a good pair of shoes, eat a big meal beforehand, carve out some time and GO!

    The visit to the State Rooms costs £17 per person. For people over 60 the price drops to £15.50. The ticket can be validated when you leave the palace so that it can be good for a year.

    Muy bonito lugar y visita obligada. Debes llegar con mucho tiempo para ver el cambio de guardia, que es cada 4 hrs. Solo puedes entrar en septiembre, los demás meses solo por fuera 🏰💂

    El cambio de guardia es 11:30 pero a veces no hay por razones varias incluyendo el clima. Hay un gentío así que llegue temprano. En el metro la estación correcta es Green Park

    Wachablösung um 11:30 Uhr (im Winter nur jeden 2. Tag). Die Metro Haltestelle St. James Park ist die nächste. Gedränge ist nicht zu vermeiden, deshalb empfiehlt es sich früh da zu sein.
