Neighborhood "Italian" café, older/family clientele/regulars; good old style coffee; be prepared to line up to get your espresso, macchiato, latte or cappuccino.
Music and the atmosphere is really good. You can study here!
Great vibe, best coffee in town. The Mocha is fantastic. Make sure to bring cash though!
Simply amazing coffee. Great lattes, great caffe crema. This is great Italian style coffee, not third wave.
Their coffee is amazing! Love the open and welcoming atmosphere.
Cash only, really high quality cortado.
Pair the coffee with a bagel from across the street and you will feel good!
An institution in Montreal cafes. Great Italian style lattes, fun baristas, and traditional Italian light desserts.
Delicious mocciano. Great for watching soccer match.
Lively baristas! I had their maple bacon donut (good!) and cafe latte freddo and it was delist. As a non-coffee drinker, it's a testament at how good this place is.
Crema de Café! Oh my god! Lo mejor! The best!
No, don't understand the long cue. Don't understand the Foursquare rating. It' mass production, no cleaning of machine/ steam pipe. No tamper, burned beans. Fail.
FORD.. He's Amazing
Coffee coffee and more coffee ... Vive le vraie café
You come here for the good coffee and more importantly for community.
My friend say that Café Olimpico is a legendary coffee place in Montreal and i can tell why. They deserve the fame! Great Cappuccino and Latte was the best i had in a while.
Above average latte, but not out of this world. A little too loud for my taste, however, the staff is awesome.
Great coffee and nice outdoor sitting :) one of the best places to drink espresso .
Great coffee and amazing fast service. Take your Coffee and sit outside with all the artists and writers who come here
In deed the best café au lait in Montreal.
This place makes me think of Paris, when it drizzles. Delicious everything and in the middle of a cool neighborhood.
The best Macchiato and the caffé latté freddo totally rocks! The atmosphere is lively and service is very friendly. The most expensive coffee is $5 - mostly $2.
The baristas here are top notch. Fast service but still made with care. Try everything. Sit in the patio (Eat your bagel from nearby St-Viateur).
Best coffee. Good biscotti too
A Mile-End institution which resisted gentrification and still serves a good espresso. Not the best in town, but pretty good.
Great place to hang out and get some great coffee.
The espresso is bitter and sharp. Perfectly done!
Best latte in town and the crema di caffè? Delicious!
Cappuccino, espresso and lattes
By far, one of the best coffee shops in Montreal, both for quality and ambience. Try the terrace during summer!
Bad service, terrible tasty, no WiFi...
Very popular neighborhood place, with friendly but long lines on weekend mornings. Baristas are artists. Open 24 hours.
This place is my Fengshui. Grab your book, get yourself a cup of best-coffee-in-town. And just chillax with cool MTLers around ya.
Best coffee in Montreal. Do take-away or bring a book an sit outside on the terrace.
While the coffee is good, the coffee sorbet (cafe crema) is excellent. Give it a try if you like coffee ice cream.
My escape from the daily grind . Chill out vibe , cool folks and best of all great coffee
This is the best place on Earth
Great place to watch football.
People saying this is the best coffee in town is a clear indication of how shitty the coffee culture is in this town.
The coffee is wonderful. I haven't spotted any hipsters. Once you claim they hang out, of course, they disappear. I have seen a # of handsome men suffering from a Peter Pan complex of sorts.
Great place to have a cafe latte and chat with people. Free wifi.
The best iced coffee I ever tried
Seriously now....Compared to Montreal's bad coffee scene it is ok, but overall if you are a coffee enthusiast they are nothing interesting. They don't even know how to make proper cappuccino froth...
Maybe the coffee is good but the service really sucks... at least the day I went. They think that because they're so popular they can offer crappy service :(
an Allongé is a sizable cup of coffee, a Macchiatto is the same size as an espresso. in brief, get the Allongé!!!
Queing up is absolutely worth it for the best coffee in Mile-End! Très hipster. Nice to sit outsite the terasse enjoying the sun and feeling the vibe.
