They have a sweet big screen TV (55+ inches) for watching NFL games and such, and it's air conditioned.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
Workout at lunch, pushups are good food.
Go early am or late pm for a pick of machines.

They open at 6 on weekdays, everyone at that time typically becomes a regular. Make it a habit, you'll be fine.
Saturday mornings are the best time to come work out. Empty and no wait for any machines.
What a great place to get a workout! One of the best and biggest college recreation centers in the nation!
Coldest water fountain is on the third floor by the free weights.
try the hand bike for a challenging cardio workout if your legs are tired.
