    The valet does not give out ticket. They will monitor who is about to leave and you car will be waiting for you automatically.

    Incredible old school NW. If you're not dressed up or just want snacks sit in the lounge. Check out the black phone table--it's where the owner used to sit to spy on his workers--pretty neat

    Excellent cocktails, fantastic food, super service and such a great performance from Walt on the piano. This place is a must if you visit Seattle, but be sure to book well in advance.

    The Canlis salad is a fresh must but what blows you away is their silky creme brûlée, a masterpiece. The views and architecture is the definition of Seattle.

    Everything was top notch from valet to signing the check. Only negative thing I can say is that the serving size of foie gras is on the large side. A little bit of that stuff goes a long way!

    Do the chef tasting menu and, make sure to say hi to the owners. The brothers that now run @Canlis are awesome and always walking the floor. It's the best dining experience in Seattle.
