The sommelier is doing a great job
Salads aren't served like this anymore. Bring the old chef back!
Caprice! The name says it all.
The salmon sandwich is one of the best.
Steak tartare was delicious!
The dessert here was amazing, but no longer presented like this...at least not on the weekdays.
The dessert tray you see here is no longer offered! What a pity!
The chicken pate is not so good.
The food at Caprice is decent. The lunch set is good value for money, but the menu is no longer inventive. Also, there isn't the dessert car here anymore.
Visited the bar only. Stunning harbour view. Had cheese and red. The waiter was so nice. Served three kind of cheese for us instead of one. Lovely. Well, a bit expensive though.
Excellent service, lovely food, good view
my feedback !!!! I was totally blown away by those ewful ew ful foo ~never return
Service is especially great, price is not too over :)
Creative, elegant, delicate French cuisine with gorgeous environment and nice seaview~perfect for any celebration or just for gluttony :)
Отличный французский ресторан! Еду и вино можно заказывать наугад - понравится всё😃 настоооолько продумано! а десерты....❤️❤️❤️
Best service in town. New chef is still getting acclimated after Vincent Thierry left. Manage your expectations.
The Foodie Forks 2014 • standout sommelier ( editor's choice ) Sebastien Allano of Caprice
Extremely disappointed with the meal. There wasn't a single dish on the tasting menu we enjoyed. Also didn't ask us about food allergies and our pigeon was served bloody. Not worthy of two stars.
Great setting and wonderful service but the food is sadly underwhelming. I've had much better elsewhere. At these prices I'd go somewhere else next time
2 Michelin Stars
Staff are very attentive to details, which makes the otherwise formal atmosphere more personal.
The French are so obnoxious
We do love spend quality time with our beloved family in Caprice. We called this moment is #PreciousTime. Where we could tell and listen all the stories when we fall apart to do our business each day.
Fantastic food with excellent service. The open kitchen is nice but at times parts of the dining room lacks warmth. Irrespective of where in the world you live, indulge in some cheeses.
Pleasent place for decent meal. Michelin 3* at their prime.
An enjoyable experience, though the dishes were not as sophisticated as the other three Michelin starred restaurants we've tried. Best was the chocolate texture dessert. 3 course menu is good value.
best service. my dad is left-handed when using a knife and they actually noticed it. plus, the cheese cellar's great :D
From start to finish, the atmosphere, the staff (especially Deano), one of the best places I've had the pleasure to eat fine food in honkers. If you get the chance have the veal chop!
This famous 3-Michelin-starred French haute cuisine dining spot took home an Honorable Mention for the Must-try Michelin Star Award at the 2013 Foodie Forks! Worth the dream dining fantasy!
Great little bar section with window seats offering a full view of the Kowloon skyline.
Love the prawn and pre-dessert. My favorite is the mango macaroons. The restaurant is spacious and love the open kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Amazing view to the Kowloon side.
The service is fantastic. Food is great. It's a must try!
Три звезды Мишлен.Вкусно нереально.Потрясающий выбор сыров.ну правда-это же Гонконг!В 4 Seasons есть еще китайский рест со зведой Мишлена.Вот туда ходить не обязательно-а в Каприс сходите!
the cheese selection here is tops in Hong Kong. Formal atmosphere but a great experience.
Must try: truffles scrambled eggs, crab tiramisu and wagyu
Must try Langoustine Ravioli, best in Asia!
The cheese selection here is one of the best in Hong Kong.
OMG the duck breast with duck rillette is incredible. The Normandy sole also amazing.
Agreed the crab tirumisu is to die for! Duck fois gras was a disappointment.
Book early well in advance in order to have a seat by the window
For weekend lunch, the set menu is $420 for two courses and $480 for three courses. Three courses also includes a glass of wine chosen by the sommelier.
Alba truffle & game menus
Crab tiramisu and langoustine starters were outstanding. Definitely must try. Suckling pig was good but the black truffle rice was only decent. Mimolette, comte, and blue cheese were def winners.
The Comte Cheese is aged a few extra years in their special cheese room. Mind blowingly good.
