Organic vegan cuisine in a romantic, Old World-meets- East Village setting. Caravan of Dreams has been providing New York City with healthy, flavorful food since 1991.
Very dark fresh organic green juice. A little pricey. Has full bar and good desserts
Avocado soup. Heaven in my mouth. The seatan avocado. Amazing. WOW.
Everything in the menu is absolutely delicious. Must try Seitan nachos, the burritos or the Cuban delight for brunch. They also have a mojito,so good. 5 stars
Good food, but the service is indifferent.
Perfect place for a date! It's dark inside with live music. The food is amazing, too. Even my boyfriend (who eats meat and dairy) said he loved our dinner.
I keep coming back for their outstanding vegan deserts. Delicious!!!
Good vegan & vegetarian food, cozy
Loved the decor. My French toast was very disappointing - dry and small and not many toppings. However my boyfriends meal (potato pancakes) were really good! Waitress was unfriendly though. 5/10
The paella was good. But for a place that specializes in Veggie/vegan food I expected better quality
Ordered from here one time and was put off by the smell/texture of the food, but looking forward to going to the restaurant properly because delivery isn't the best representation of food!
The tricolor pasta is one of my favorites, but pretty much everything else I tried was excellent. The beet ravioli was a great surprise too!
Great, healthy options. Free trade coffee in French press does hit the spot (expect to pay more)
Slightly over priced average vegan food.
Best breakfast burrito I've had so far.
Pricey but worth it. Sample platter is tasty, nachos come with tons of fresh guac.
The live nachos were amazing as was the Maple and Miso Glazed Squash.
Plenty of delicious raw food choices. You can enjoy dining in or relax in the comfort of your home with Take-out. Great choice to have while on the Full Body Cleanse.
I was disappointed when the waiter told me the spelt pancakes couldn't be made without soy milk. I don't eat soy, he said the chef was too busy to accommodate me with the restaurant being half empty.
Shitty service, yo.
Try the French Toast - #vegan with a strong orange flavor and made-in-house "nutella"
Try the Spinach Omelet - #vegan Delicious!!
Really extensive menu...lots of vegan, raw and gluten free options...had a hard time deciding what to get. The Green Garden Platter was good...the polenta in this dish was on point.
Tempeh Reuben is yummy. Nice live music each night.
This place was recommended to me by friend & it didn't disappoint at all. Great food, especially the nachos :-D
If you want good vegan food in E Village, go to Lan Cafe for bombtacular vegan Bahn mi sandwiches
Overpriced average/poor tasting food. We tried the dishes most recommended on four square (sriram taqueritas) yet did not enjoy them. And I am vegetarian!
DO NOT come here of you have someplace to be after. The service is slam your head against the table slow.
The food is good but overpriced for the portions. The service is unbelievably slow. I actually thought the server forgot one of our dishes with how long it took.
The French toast is delicious!
My veggie friends love this East Village vegan joint with plenty of raw ("live") entries.
3 word review for this place: Where's the beef?!?!
Definitely good food and a wonderful atmosphere. I would choose Sacred Chow over this place due to pricing, however. Great date spot.
The service is slow but the food is exquisite. Try the Caravan Burrito for some guacamole to die for, and the vegan crêpe for desert.
Their dehydrated live nachos + coconut soup are to die for! Zucchini And Yellow Squash Spaghetti didn't really hit the spot for me coz I like my noodles chewy.
Skip the wine. It was practically time for dessert by the time it arrived, and the bottle was six years younger than what was listed on the menu.
Try the ginger curry with brown rice, it's delicious !
Best vegan joint. Bring a group to share some tea with.
Get the breakfast burrito with the gluten free wrap. It is soooo delicious.
Chai latte, actually worth the $5
If you're a vegetarian, you'd love this place. I'm not but my friends who are thought it was one of the best!
Must get the seitan nachos and the taquitos!! Both are exceptional and have pretty large portions for a vegan place.
I'm not vegan but I like this place a lot. I like the Mediterranean brunch, it's good value (compared to most things) and super tasty.
Delicious organic, vegan, kosher place. A bit pricey, but so tasty and a very cool vibe!
Awesome raw hummus platter, try the spaghetti and meatballs (raw also), and leave room for dessert. Not the best in the world but thoroughly guilt-free. The service is not their strength
They used to have a side of kale on the menu that is out of this world. They'll still make it if you ask!
Service is awful, but the live soups are great.
